Last Saturday there were numerous problems with the IG APP. On the Friday night last week IG did an “upgrade” however this affected things.

Could members check that they are on the correct version of the APP which is 2.2.12. This is found on the top left of your phone and scroll down to the bottom of it, this will tell you the version you are on.

We have also been told that if not everyone in the group is using the APP this can also have an effect on the scoring APP.

With the clubhouse now open competitors please follow the following procedure –

All players in group using the APP – Sign in via your phone. Take a score card in case of problems. On completion of your round if you have managed to sign the card on your phone then you should be good and you won’t have to enter it on to the touch screen. Have a look at the leaderboard to see if you are there and the score agrees with what you have. If you’ve been unable to sign the scorecard on to your phone then please use the club house computer to enter you scores.

If not all players are using the APP please sign in via the clubhouse PSI screen. Fill in a score card and on return enter the score in the clubhouse via the computer for player score input . Post the card into the box.

Please use the wipes provided before logging onto the machine.

We have also made them aware that there are problems with it dropping off between the first and second hole. We have been assured that IG are monitoring the problem.
